AAP Leader Sunita Kejriwal to Reveal Poll Guarantees For Haryana Tomorrow.

In the run-up to the upcoming Assembly polls in Haryana, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal, is set to unveil ‘Kejriwal’s guarantees’ in Panchkula on Saturday.

This announcement comes as part of the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) campaign strategy, aiming to differentiate themselves from other political parties. According to AAP’s Haryana unit chief, Sushil Gupta, the party emphasises that unlike the BJP or the Congress, AAP provides guarantees rather than mere promises.

Gupta emphasised that these guarantees come from Arvind Kejriwal himself, contrasting them with what he termed as "hollow guarantees" from Narendra Modi.

A contentious issue that has been highlighted is the sharing of river water with Punjab. Gupta stated that Haryana deserves its share of water, emphasising that the distribution of water is a responsibility of the Central government and the Prime Minister. This issue is likely to be a significant talking point in the upcoming elections.

On Thursday, the AAP announced its intention to contest all 90 Assembly seats in Haryana. AAP leader and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann made it clear that the party is aiming for a significant change in the state. He indicated that the people of Haryana are ready for “badlav” (change), which the AAP aims to deliver.

The National Secretary of AAP, Sandeep Pathak, mentioned that the party conducted extensive public dialogues across about 6,500 villages. He stated that there is a strong voice for change coming from all parts of Haryana.

This sentiment was echoed by Bhagwant Mann, who recounted the feedback received from people in Rohtak, Sonipat, and Jind. According to Mann, the citizens expressed their desire for a change in the government, feeling that the previous administrations had looted the state.

Mann also unveiled the party's slogan for the polls: ‘Badlenge Haryana ka haal, ab layenge Kejriwal’ which translates to ‘We will change Haryana’s situation and bring Kejriwal’. This slogan encapsulates the party’s promise to bring a positive transformation to the state under Kejriwal's leadership.

As the campaign intensifies, Sunita Kejriwal’s upcoming announcement in Panchkula is expected to set the tone for AAP’s electoral promises. The party’s strategy to offer guarantees rather than promises aims to build trust and credibility among the voters. With the election likely to be held in October, the political landscape in Haryana is heating up, with AAP positioning itself as a strong contender against established parties like the BJP and the Congress.
