Following the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) arrest of Kejriwal from his official residence on March 21 in connection with a money-laundering case related to an excise policy, both AAP and Congress, members of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), declared the rally during a press conference.
