Upbeat over the performance of the team and its accomplishment in making it to finals, the gesture is seen as his encouragement to the sporting event as also to cheer the team while they play finals.
Sharing a photograph from a flight, the Chief Minister expressed pride in the team’s performance, stating that by reaching the final they have already made lakhs of people proud across Jammu and Kashmir.He said he was looking forward to spending the day in the stands supporting the team in what is being described as a historic moment for J&K cricket.
