<div>Three residents of Punjab were killed, while three others suffered injuries after their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge in Himachal Pradesh's Dalhousie area of Chamba district, police informed on Saturday.</div>

<div>The incident occurred on Friday night on the Dalhousie-Karelnu road near Gandhi Chowk when the driver lost control of the vehicle, the police informed.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Two passengers died on the spot, while a young woman succumbed to her injuries while being taken to a hospital.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>The deceased have been identified as Simranpreet Kaur (18), Surinder (25), and Sophia (19). All the victims, including the injured, were residents of Jalandhar in Punjab.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>The injured, identified as Prince (21), Sumanpreet (19), and Balbir (20), were rescued by a police team with the help of locals and district administration officials.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>All three injured were shifted to Civil Hospital in Dalhousie and were undergoing treatment, the police said.</div>
