The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has warned the Congress that it will announce candidates for all 90 seats in Haryana by this evening if an alliance deal is not finalised for the upcoming assembly polls on October 5.
Sushil Gupta, AAP's Haryana chief, stated, “We will release the list of candidates on 90 seats by the evening.”
This comes amid stalled talks between the two parties over seat-sharing, with AAP demanding 10 seats and Congress offering five, according to party sources.
Gupta expressed frustration over the Congress's lack of response. “Every worker of Aam Aadmi Party in Haryana is ready to strongly contest all the 90 Assembly seats,” he said.
As the October 5 polls approach, the pressure is mounting on Congress to make a decision and avoid a potential split in the opposition vote bank in Haryana.
