The Congress party faced a major setback ahead of the Tarn Taran bypoll as two of its senior leaders from the constituency joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi on Saturday.
Those who switched sides are Ranjit Singh Dhillon (Rana Gandivind), former Chairman of the Block Committee and PPCC Coordinator, and Advocate Jagmeet Singh Dhillon Gandivind, who served as President of the Bulhara and Block Congress Committee Gandivind in Punjab.
