Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu began a three-day tour of the UAE on Wednesday to court investments and extend personal invitations to industrialists for the forthcoming CII Partnership Summit, scheduled to be held in Vizag on November 14th and 15th, an official source confirmed.
The Chief Minister left Amaravati for Hyderabad on Wednesday morning before departing for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from there. The press release states that the Chief Minister is on a three-day visit to UAE. The southern state is inviting industrialists from overseas and officials from foreign government to the summit. As part of this effort, the Chief Minister is visiting the UAE for three days to meet numerous industrialists and invite them to the event, the release added.
Naidu is expected to meet with representatives from five organisations on Wednesday, which will be followed by a roadshow for the summit. The Chief Minister will also visit the Dubai Future Museum.
On the first day of his tour, Naidu is scheduled to meet industry leaders, including PNC Menon of the Sobha Group, Sharafuddin Sharaf (Sharaf), and Ramesh Ramakrishna (Transworld Group), to discuss topics such as infrastructure, logistics, ports, and IT development in Andhra Pradesh.
On October 23, he is expected to visit the BAPS Mandir with UAE Minister of Investments Alsuwaidi and take part in a business roundtable. CM Naidu will also, reportedly, meet Nasser Al Muhairi from ADNOC, Mansoor Al Mansoori of G42 International, Yusuf Ali of the Lulu Group, Salmeen Alameri of Agthia Group and Binance's CMO Rachel.
On the final day, he will visit YAS Island attractions, including Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi, and Sea World. The Chief Minister will also meet Thani Bin Ahmed AI Zeyoudi, the Minister for Foreign Trade, and Abdulla Bin Touq Almarri, the Minister of Economy.
Naidu will conclude the trip by participating in the Emirates Business Roundtable and a Telugu Diaspora event organised by the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS).
