A Class X student suddenly collapsed and passed away at a private school in Andhra Pradesh’s Dr BR Ambedkar Konaseema district, leaving her family members and classmates in profound shock and sorrow.
The victim hailed from Pasalapudi village and was enrolled in Class X at a private school located in Ramachandrapuram town. As per accounts from school authorities, the student abruptly lost consciousness during class hours and fell inside the school premises. Staff members promptly transported her to the Ramachandrapuram Area Hospital, where attending doctors pronounced her brought dead upon arrival.
Initial medical assessment indicates that the girl likely succumbed to a suspected cardiac arrest. Nevertheless, the precise cause of death awaits confirmation through additional examinations.
Authorities have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter. More details are expected as the probe progresses.
A comparable tragedy occurred in July 2025 in Rajasthan, where a nine-year-old girl died of a heart attack while she was opening her lunch box at school in Sikar, officials said Wednesday. The victim was a student of class 4 at Adarsh Vidya Mandir School. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, around 11 am, during the school’s lunch break.
