The Health Department just told us that they found ten cases of Covid-19 in our state. This means that now we have a total of 49 people who have Covid-19 out of 302 people who got tested. The new cases are in places: three people got sick in Guntur district two people got sick in NTR district and one person got sick in Alluri Sitharama Raju one person got sick in Eluru one person got sick in Krishna one person got sick in Tirupati and one person got sick in Visakhapatnam districts.
If we look at all the cases far East Godavari has the most cases with 11 people sick. Then comes Guntur with nine people YSR Kadapa with eight people sick and Visakhapatnam with five people sick. NTR district has three people Kakinada has two people sick Eluru has two people sick and Bapatla has two people sick. The other districts only have one person each. Covid-19 is still a problem, in our state. We need to be careful. The Health Department is keeping track of Covid-19 cases. They are working hard to stop the spread of the disease.
There are people who have been diagnosed with this illness. Out of these patients 24 are getting treatment in the hospital;16 of them are getting better at home. Some people have gotten better. This includes three people from YSR Kadapa and one person from Guntur and one person from Eluru. Unfortunately some people have died from Covid-19. This has happened to four people far. Three of these people were from YSR Kadapa district. One person was from Kakinada district.
The Health Department is doing something about this. They are watching everyone in the state to see if they are sick. They have teams that are finding people who were close to the sick patients and keeping an eye on them. The health officials want people to know that they are ready to take care of everyone. They have rooms in the hospitals for people with this illness. They have medicine and special equipment to keep everyone safe. They also have testing kits to check if people are sick, with Covid-19.
