Assam Governor Laxman Acharya on Tuesday launched the book “Whispers of Wisdom – A Luminous Leap” by Dr KK Khandelwal, IAS (retd.), Chief National Commissioner, Bharat Scouts and Guides.

 

The launch coincided with the inauguration of the BIMSTEC Youth Leaders Summit, organised by Bharat Scouts and Guides under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Over 70 youth leaders from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Thailand are attending the three-day summit from 9 to 11 September.

 

Speaking at the event, Governor Acharya said the book would be highly inspiring for young people. Dr Khandelwal has compiled poems based on quotes from 100 top motivational personalities, offering guidance and encouragement to never give up in life.

 

Attendees also congratulated Dr. Khandelwal for his work and his commitment to empowering youth.
