The BJP has announced elections for its state president and National Council members in Himachal Pradesh.
The nomination process will take place on June 30 from 12 noon to 2 pm at the BJP headquarters in Shimla. After that, nominations will be scrutinised between 2 and 3 pm, and candidates will be allowed to withdraw their names from 3 to 5 pm.
The voting will involve 114 delegates from across the state, including senior leaders like Jagat Prakash Nadda and Jai Ram Thakur.
The results will be declared on July 1 at 11 am at Hotel Peterhoff in Shimla by Union Minister Jitendra Singh.
This election is an important step for the BJP, as it will decide the party’s future leadership and direction in the state.
