CM Mann discharged from hospital, to attend Moga rally

The AAP government is organising a state-level programme in Moga under its anti-drug campaign ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’. The event is expected to be attended by AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal, members of the state cabinet, and other senior party leaders.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was discharged from Fortis Hospital in Mohali on Monday, a day after he was admitted following complaints of exhaustion. Before leaving the hospital, Mann posted on X that a massive Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) rally was being held at Killi Chahlan village near Moga and said he would be attending the event.

 

The AAP government is organising a state-level programme in Moga under its anti-drug campaign ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’. The event is expected to be attended by AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal, members of the state cabinet, and other senior party leaders.


Mann was admitted to Fortis Hospital on Sunday for a medical check-up after he felt exhausted. Hospital authorities said his condition was stable and that all his vital parameters were within normal limits.

 

Earlier on Sunday, Mann was brought to Mohali from Sangrur after he felt unwell. He had accompanied Kejriwal to offer prayers at Shri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiv Mandir in Dhuri, Sangrur, on the occasion of Mahashivratri.
