In a major crackdown on illegal immigration, the Haryana Police in Bhiwani district on Tuesday launched a search operation targeting suspected Bangladeshi nationals and Rohingyas residing illegally in the region. The authorities confirmed that 10 individuals, including six men and four women, were identified during an early morning operation on Dadri Road.
According to Station House Officer (SHO) Satyanarayana, document verification is underway, with Aadhaar cards being scrutinised both physically and through online databases. “We have found some doubtful individuals. Their documents will be verified thoroughly, and necessary legal action will follow,” said the SHO.
He further emphasised that the police are committed to identifying and deporting all illegal immigrants. "We are checking only adults as of now. We are alert, and we will catch every illegal immigrant and deport them," SHO Satyanarayana said.
