The trio reportedly assaulted Saran with brutal force, leaving him gravely injured. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
Following the incident, Sukhwinder Kaur, the deceased leader’s wife and a resident of Gurusar Jaga, gave a statement to the police. Based on her statement, the Talwandi Sabo police have registered a murder case against Amaninder Singh and his two alleged associates.
The accused are currently absconding, and a manhunt has been launched to apprehend them. Police officials said efforts are underway to trace the suspects and bring them to justice.
