The Chandigarh Police intensified security at the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday after receiving a bomb threat via email to blow up the high court.

 

A bomb disposal squad has been deployed and a thorough search operation has been launched in and around the court premises. The threat has put the authorities on high alert.

 

Police officials confirmed that all necessary security measures are being taken to ensure public safety. The police are conducting investigations to trace the source of the email.
