Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will organise a program to present a two-year report card on the works and development carried out by his government in Bilaspur.
A discussion with senior officials of the state government was held to decide the preparations for the programme, which will mark two years of the Congress regime in Himachal Pradesh.
“The state government will commemorate the completion of two years in office with a grand function at Bilaspur on December 11,” he added.
CM Sukhu said the government carried a lot of positive work due to reforms brought up in various departments of public service, that have increased transparency in work and promoted digitisation.
He directed district administrative officers to ensure adequate parking facilities, cleanliness, and proper lavatory arrangements when
the programme will be conducted.
He also asked the state's Information and Public Relations department to make a documentary highlighting the achievements of the government in the past two years.
Apart from ministers, the programme would be attended by Congress MLAs, chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of boards and corporations, leaders, who had contested the Assembly elections, and party office-bearers would attend the event.
CM Sukhu added that the beneficiaries of various government schemes would also be invited to attend the rally.
