Cold wave warnings for the states of Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan have been issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) till December 24, adding that cold wave conditions are highly likely to prevail over Punjab and Rajasthan on December 21, and 22.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The weather agency also warned of dense fog conditions late at night and early in the morning in isolated regions of Himachal Pradesh and East Rajasthan until Sunday.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
"Cold wave to severe cold wave conditions very likely in some parts of Himachal Pradesh during 20th-24th December. Cold wave conditions very likely in isolated pockets over Himachal Pradesh on 25th &amp; 26th", IMD said in its December 20 forecast.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Meanwhile, for the last few days, Punjab and Haryana have been witnessing biting cold conditions.&nbsp;
