Light to moderate rainfall is likely to continue in parts of Himachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Kangra and Chamba districts for Wednesday.
The two districts may receive light to moderate rain at isolated places during the day. Most other parts of the state are expected to witness mainly dry weather.
Minimum temperatures are likely to stay close to normal across Himachal Pradesh. The weather department has not predicted any major change in nighttime temperatures.
Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 17.5°C. Other readings included 19.2°C in Dharamsala, 16.5°C in Manali, 22.4°C in Mandi, 20°C in Solan, 13.2°C in Kalpa, 16.5°C in Reckong Peo, 24°C in Bilaspur, 22°C in Una, 22.8°C in Kangra, 21°C in Bhuntar, 22.7°C in Chamba, 12.6°C in Keylong and 22.7°C in Nahan.
Kukumseri in Lahaul and Spiti remained the coldest place in the state, recording a minimum temperature of 9.2°C.
