Young cricket sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who has captured the imagination of cricket fans across the country with his fearless batting and extraordinary talent at a remarkably young age, will soon be honoured in Jharkhand.
The state government has also decided to appoint him as the brand ambassador of the Jharkhand Health Department.
Announcing the decision, Jharkhand Health Minister Dr Irfan Ansari praised the young cricketer for his exceptional performances and inspiring journey.
Congratulating Vaibhav, the minister said that although his team may have lost the match, he had won the hearts of millions of Indians through his courage, confidence and outstanding batting skills.
“I have been a cricket player myself, and the way Vaibhav has taken on international-level bowlers with such confidence and aggression at this age is truly remarkable. His performances are a testament to his extraordinary talent. He has not only brought pride to himself but also to his parents, Bihar and the entire nation,” Dr Ansari said.
The minister noted that at just 15 years of age, Vaibhav has displayed a rare combination of talent, determination and self-belief that is writing a new chapter in Indian cricket.
Describing him as more than just a sportsperson, Dr Ansari said Vaibhav represents the values of hard work, discipline, perseverance and youthful energy, making him an ideal role model for aspiring youngsters.
Dr. Ansari further stated that Vaibhav’s talent and positive outlook had deeply impressed him. As the Health Department’s brand ambassador, he will help promote awareness about health, fitness, discipline and positive lifestyle choices among young people across the state.
Expressing confidence in the teenager’s future, the minister said Vaibhav has the potential to take Indian cricket to greater heights on the global stage and make the nation proud for years to come.
