YSRCP president and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched a 'digital book' and a phone facility to document alleged injustices and political victimisation against his party cadres. The initiative is intended to serve as a comprehensive record that the party can use to pursue cases once it returns to power.
According to a party release, the digital book, available on the official YSRCP platform, will allow anyone to directly upload details of the alleged injustices they have faced, creating a permanent record of every incident. An IVRS call facility will also be available for workers and victims to register their grievances over the phone.
The former Chief Minister stated that these records are not merely symbolic but will form the basis for concrete action. He confirmed that once the YSRCP is back in government, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) will be formed to probe every documented incident. "Even if someone has retired, moved out of the state, or lives overseas, we will pursue each case, bring the culprits before the law, and deliver justice to the victims," Reddy was quoted as saying.
He reaffirmed his commitment to protecting party members and holding wrongdoers accountable. The opposition TDP has not yet issued an immediate reaction to the announcement.
