In a heartbreaking incident, Parmjeet Kaur Gill, a resident of Jalandhar, Punjab, passed away mid-flight while traveling within Canada. She had recently flown to the country to visit her daughter when tragedy struck during a domestic flight.
According to sources, Parmjeet Kaur suddenly fell ill mid-air, prompting the airline crew to declare a medical emergency.
The flight was swiftly diverted for an emergency landing at the nearest airport, where paramedics were on standby to provide immediate medical assistance. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
Authorities have yet to confirm the exact cause of her death. Meanwhile, her grieving family is working with officials to complete necessary formalities for her final rites.
The incident has left her relatives and friends in deep shock, with many expressing condolences over the untimely demise.
