Emphasising inclusivity, Soren stressed the need to amplify the voices of women from marginalised communities and ensure their access to opportunities.
Referring to initiatives in Jharkhand, she said women are being seen not merely as beneficiaries but as entrepreneurs and agents of change. She also appreciated the role of self-help groups and local enterprises in building financial stability and confidence among women.
Sharing her recent experience from a visit to University of Oxford, she said interactions with students from Jharkhand studying there reinforced her belief in a promising future driven by determination and talent.
She added that empowerment must go beyond inclusion and ensure fairness, so that every woman has equal opportunities to grow and lead.
