The Andhra Pradesh IT Minister, Nara Lokesh, is scheduled to visit Russia from 2 to 7 June in a bid to draw foreign investment to the state. During his trip, Lokesh will attend the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF'26), a major global business and investment event. An official press release issued on Sunday confirmed the itinerary, noting that the minister’s primary objective is to secure fresh investments for Andhra Pradesh.
Having received an invitation to the forum, Lokesh will join a gathering of international business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts in St Petersburg. During the tour, he plans to hold a series of meetings with prominent industrialists and investors, aiming to highlight the state's potential and encourage development across several key sectors.
