Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Jalalabad, Jagdeep Kamboj Goldy, and his family had a narrow escape after their car met with an accident near Piareana village in Ferozepur on Tuesday evening.

The incident occurred while Kamboj was returning from Chandigarh after attending a special session of the assembly. It is believed that due to stagnant rainwater on the road, the Innova they were travelling in reportedly skidded out of control and collided with a Bolero.

While the front of the Innova was badly damaged, fortunately, all occupants, including the MLA, escaped without injuries.
