One person was reported killed after a major fire broke out at five tea and snack shops in Noida’s Sector 125 on October 24, 2026. The outlets, located in Raipur under the jurisdiction of Sector 126 Police Station, were engulfed in flames.

 

Firefighting operations were launched after information about the blaze was received by the Sector 126 Police Station. Four fire brigade vehicles, along with personnel from the Sector 126 police force, were deployed to extinguish the fire.

 

In a statement, the police said the fire was brought under control immediately and claimed that there had been no loss of life. The statement comes despite the report that one person died in the incident.
