Actor-turned-politician and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan celebrated his 57th birthday on Tuesday, receiving a flood of good wishes from fans, party members, and political figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister noted that the Jana Sena chief "has won the hearts of countless people and is strengthening the National Democratic Alliance in Andhra Pradesh with his focus on good governance." Modi concluded by wishing him "a long and healthy life."
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu praised the Jana Sena Party chief as "a friend" and one who never fails to stand by common men with a strong social sense.
"Happy Birthday to friend and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan," he tweeted, calling him a man who "keeps his word" and brought good values to politics. Naidu prayed for him "to prosper for 100 years and ascend many winning heights," saying that Kalyan's work in developing the state was "indelible".
In return, taking to X, Kalyan expressed gratitude to PM Modi for his good wishes. "My sincere thanks to you, PM Narendra Modi ji, for your good wishes". "Your Dharmic spirit and leadership qualities set an example for all of us to work for the integrity and development of our nation."
