Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal has expressed concern over paper leak incidents in various competitive examinations, including NEET. He urged the central government to engage with students and accept their legitimate demands, asserting that compromising the future of the youth in any way is unacceptable.

He also targeted the Punjab government, noting the contradiction between their claims of championing students' voices at Jantar Mantar and their silence regarding paper leaks in government recruitment exams within Punjab. He demanded that the state government clarify its stance on the issue and take strict action against the culprits.

Badal also questioned the government's handling of the flood situation in the state. He stated that while people from flood-affected areas are constantly calling for help, they have yet to receive necessary relief. He alleged that the state government has failed to make adequate and effective arrangements to tackle the crisis.

Additionally, he questioned the working style of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, launching a political attack against them. Sukhbir Badal stated that the Akali Dal would continue to raise its voice on issues of public interest and Panthic concerns, and would vigorously take up every issue affecting the people's interests.

During the press conference, he also stated that the party would implement any directive issued by Akal Takht Sahib with utmost reverence and commitment. He noted that every Sikh adheres to the edicts of Akal Takht Sahib, and the Akali Dal has always respected its sanctity and decisions.

He clarified that the Shiromani Akali Dal would fully participate in the Khalsai March scheduled for July 24. He mentioned that the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) has completed preparations for the march, and a large number of devotees are expected to join.
