The Punjab Cabinet, on Thursday, gave its consent for denotification of the land pooling policy, three days after its withdrawal by the state government, saying that the decision has been taken in farmers&rsquo; interest.
&nbsp;
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann soon after the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Agriculture headed by Charanjit Singh Channi asked the government to furnish details of the withdrawal of the notification.
