‘Ready to face consequences if I am found guilty’, said the allegedly accused in the 19-year-old Dharamshala college student’s death case.
The teenage college student died on December 26 while undergoing treatment in Ludhiana, Punjab. She had allegedly been subjected to ragging by three fellow students and sexually harassed by a professor, assistant professor, Ashok Kumar, from the college.
A complaint was filed by the deceased’s father against the professor and three students.
The professor has been suspended despite he called the allegations against him ‘false’.
"The allegations against me are completely false. The student was in my class last semester. This semester, she is in another professor's class. I have no connection to this matter," said the professor after he got bail.
