Professionally, as my Minister of State in the Public Works Department, I witnessed firsthand his exceptional administrative abilities, extreme honesty and people-friendly approach.”
He added, “From his early days in public life to his tenure as minister, he remained a steadfast advocate for justice, development, and the rights of the marginalised in remote and far-flung areas.
