K. Kavitha, Telangana Jagruthi president, on Thursday said she will announce a new political party within the next two months. She made the announcement while speaking to reporters during her visit to the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati.
Kavitha is the daughter of K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the president of Bharat Rashtra Samithi.
“In the next two months, we will announce a new political party with the blessings of Lord Balaji,” Kavitha told mediapersons. Referring to the Tirupati laddu controversy, she said rumours about adulteration had deeply hurt the sentiments of devotees.
She added that Lord Balaji is worshipped not only across the country but also by devotees around the world. She requested the government to ensure that the laddu is prepared with complete devotion and respect.
