A 22-year-old youth, Abdul Mohammad, was shot dead while riding pillion on his friend’s Activa scooter near Hariana town in Hoshiarpur district. The attackers, who arrived in a white Alto car, fired five to seven rounds at the victim.

 

One of the accused wore a round turban, according to the victim’s friend and eyewitness. The incident occurred as Abdul Mohammad was heading to the gym with his friend.
