Mukesh, Arun Khetarpal's brother, praises ‘Ikkis’ actor Agastya

In the film 'Ikkis', Agastya portrays Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient in history. He was killed during the 1971 India-Pakistan war at the age of 21.
