The Supreme Court has declined to consider the plea for bail on medical grounds by Popular Front of India (PFI) leader AS Ismail, who is booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.The Supreme Court while rejecting the plea cited assurances from the Delhi government that necessary physiotherapy would be provided in Tihar Jail.
