Rajya Sabha Biennial polls: Seats, candidates, voting pattern explained

The election to 15 of the 56 seats of the Rajya Sabha is scheduled for February 27. Of these seats, 56 seats 41 have already been occupied by the Rajya Sabha candidates who were elected unopposed to the Upper House.
