The latest statistics show a resolution rate of over 99% for complaints received via the cVIGIL app. Of the total, 58,500 complaints (73%) were related to illegal hoardings and banners, 1400 concerned the distribution of money, gifts, and liquor. Approximately 3% reported property defacement, and 1000 were regarding campaigning beyond permitted periods, including unauthorized speaker use.
