'Gayatri Mantra' rule in C'garh schools sparks secularism row

Demanding to withdraw the order, this decision has been questioned by the opposition, Congress party, asking the necessity to make recitation of Hindu prayers compulsory in schools as students of other faiths also study there, and accused the BJP government of trying to impose the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)'s agenda in schools.
