Congress failed to use Centre funds: Nadda

He said the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh was working with a mindset of “Khao Piya Mauj Karo, aage kisne dekha hai” (eat, drink and enjoy, who knows about the future). Nadda stressed that a “double-engine government” is the only way to ensure development in the state.
