Most CSR funds unused, redirected to other uses

Union Minister of State for Corporate Affairs Harsh Malhotra criticised the underutilisation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds, noting that many of these funds, intended for societal benefit, are redirected to other government sources.
