Dalai Lama writes to CM Sukhu, extends solidarity with Himachal

Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama has written to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, expressing deep sadness over the loss of precious lives and the damage to homes and infrastructure caused by the heavy rains in different parts of the state this year.
