U’khand HC asks college to retain principal

A division bench of Chief Justice G Narendra and Justice Subhash Upadhyay passed the order while hearing a petition filed by the principal of Government Girls’ College (GGIC), Ranipokhri. She had approached the court after the education department recommended her transfer along with some teachers.
