Indian Army carries out Exercise ‘Dibang Shakti’

Carried out in the Valley district's dense jungles and steep mountains under the harsh weather, the aim of the exercise was to test asymmetric warfare capabilities and rapid-response readiness in extreme environments, Guwahati-based Defence spokesperson Lt Col Mahendra Rawat said.
