New Bihar govt to take oath on Thursday, PM to attend ceremony

The new Bihar government will take oath at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 20, although there's no clarity whether JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar will swear-in as the Chief Minister for a record tenth time.
