Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced setting up of Inter-ministerial Central Teams (IMCTs) for three states battering with flash floods , cloudbursts ,consistent heavy rains and landslides -Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The IMCTs will take assessment of huge loss and damages caused by the floods in these states.
