India, Spain must pool resources to counter terrorism: Prez Murmu

President Droupadi Murmu said India and Spain must pool resources and capabilities to counter terrorism, calling it a grave global threat, while stressing deeper cooperation on multilateral platforms and growing trade, investment and strategic ties between the two democracies.
