After Expressway chaos, Sena (UBT) seeks helipad on Atal Setu

After a 33-hour traffic snarl on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Shiv Sena (UBT) MLC Milind Narvekar has sought helipads and emergency facilities on the Expressway and Atal Setu, warning that accidents and natural calamities expose serious gaps in emergency preparedness.
