MP cabinet approves 'Kulguru' title for VCs

The Madhya Pradesh cabinet approved a proposal to rename the post of Vice-Chancellor (Kulpati) of universities to "Kulguru" to reflect cultural and traditional values, announced Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
