ADB approves $109.5 million funds to Kyrgyzstan

The Asian Development Bank has approved $109.5 million to upgrade 75.2 kilometres of the Issyk-Kul Ring Road in Kyrgyzstan, expanding it to four lanes and incorporating climate-adaptation features to enhance safety, access, and economic growth.
