Vancouver car rampage: 9 dead, no terror link, suspect held

Multiple people died on the spot while several others suffered injuries when a vehicle drove into a crowd at the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party in Vancouver on Saturday. The incident occurred near East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street. Vancouver police have confirmed the driver is in custody.
