Curfew imposed in Leh, LG warns of stern action against culprits

A curfew has been imposed in the violence-hit Leh district to prevent further loss of lives, Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta announced on Wednesday evening. He also said the violence was orchestrated under a conspiracy aimed at disturbing the peaceful atmosphere in Ladakh. He assured that those responsible for the unrest will be identified and stern action will be taken against them as per the law of the land.
